Terms of Service

Welcome to Attrakto! By accessing or using our game, you agree to be bound by these Terms
of Service (TOS). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our game.
1. Game Overview
Attrakto is a casual puzzle game where players manipulate magnet-like pieces, called
Attraktiks, and eliminate repulsors to complete puzzles. A new daily puzzle is available
daily at noon Eastern Time (US). Attrakto is free to play with optional in-app purchases.
2. User Accounts
Creating an account is optional — Attrakto can be played as a guest. To access leaderboard
rankings, streaks, and badges, users must register and choose a unique alias.
Registration is done via Auth0 and supports sign-in with Apple or other supported
providers. The only information we collect is a proxied email address from your sign-in
provider and the unique username chosen by the player. Users' profile pictures are
customizable "Attraktiks" with two user-selectable colors.
3. User Conduct
Since there is no interaction between users within the game, no specific rules or
behaviors are required. However, aliases deemed offensive will be removed.
4. Content
There is no user-generated content within Attrakto. The only information visible to other
players is the aliases of leaderboard participants and their customized Attraktik.
5. In-App Purchases
Attrakto offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase called Attrakto Premium. The
current price is displayed in the App Store and at the point of purchase within the app.
Premium unlocks the following features on the purchasing device:
- Ad-free experience
- All daily puzzle sizes (Small, Medium, and Large)
- 6-column levels in Level Play
- Premium visual themes
The Premium entitlement is device-bound and managed by Apple's App Store. It can be
restored to any device signed in to the same Apple ID via the Restore Purchases option in
the app. All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's standard terms and
conditions.
6. Privacy
We collect only the data necessary to operate the game's social features: your alias,
proxied sign-in email address, leaderboard scores, streaks, and badge progress. This data
is stored encrypted at rest and in transit. For full details, please refer to our Privacy
Policy.
7. Payments and Refunds
In-app purchases are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. All payment,
billing, and refund inquiries must be directed to Apple. We do not process payments
directly and cannot issue refunds. To request a refund, visit Apple's refund request page
8. Intellectual Property
The content of the game, including puzzle generation, artwork, and themes, is owned by
Attrakto. Users are permitted to share screenshots of the app. All game content and
intellectual property rights belong to Attrakto.
9. Limitation of Liability
Attrakto is provided "as is" and without any warranties or guarantees. We accept no
liability for any issues that may arise from the use of the app.
10. Termination
Users with aliases deemed offensive will be removed from the game. We reserve the right to
terminate any account at our discretion.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of Attrakto will be resolved through binding
arbitration, with arbitration costs split between the parties.
12. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
13. Changes to TOS
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify users via
the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the game after changes
are made signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
By using Attrakto, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree
to be bound by them.
